Responsibilities
• Creating high-quality designs - from concept to mock-up/prototype, to production.
• Designing user flows, interaction and pixels to turn complex money flows and content into simple and intuitive experiences.
• Working closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of the design.
• Confidently communicating daily with stakeholders to understand and deliver requirements
• Managing your own workflow and new initiatives to meet the deadlines which you will have set with your team to ensure success.

Must Have
• You have a Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design or a related design field.
• You have at least 1 year experience developing digital products across a variety of mediums, including web and mobile.
• You have a strong understanding of UI/UX and love to design that delights customers.
• You have participated in the full design cycle to deliver world-class, pixel-perfect designs.
• You have experience in the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Invision Studio, Principle.
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
